Getting Started

Prerequisites

  • check_circle A domain name that you own and can configure DNS records for
  • check_circle One or more Gmail accounts for sending emails
  • check_circle A Gomailify account (sign up via Google OAuth)

Quick Start Guide

info Step 1: Sign In

Sign in to the Gomailify dashboard using your Google account. This account will be used for administrative access and notifications.

language Step 2: Add Your Domain

Navigate to My Domains and click Add Domain. Follow the wizard to verify DNS ownership and configure email authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

inbox Step 3: Create Mailboxes

Create mailboxes for your domain (e.g., sales@yourdomain.com). Each mailbox will generate an invite link to connect a Gmail account via OAuth2.

settings Step 4: Configure Gmail

Set up Gmail "Send mail as" to send emails from your custom domain. See the Gmail Configuration guide for detailed instructions.
