Domain Verification Issues

DNS records not detected

• check_circle Wait up to 48 hours for DNS propagation
• check_circle Verify records using dig TXT yourdomain.com
• check_circle Ensure you're adding records to the correct domain (not subdomain)

MX records not working

• check_circle Remove existing MX records before adding new ones
• check_circle Verify MX records using dig MX yourdomain.com
• check_circle Ensure priority values are set correctly (10, 20, 30)

Email Delivery Issues

Emails not being delivered

• check_circle Check the mailbox is connected and OAuth tokens are valid
• check_circle Verify recipient address exists in domain settings
• check_circle Check failed deliveries in mailbox settings
• check_circle Review denylist settings if sender is blocked

OAuth authorization failed

• check_circle Ensure user is authorizing with the correct Gmail account
• check_circle Grant all requested permissions during OAuth flow
• check_circle Try using an incognito/private browser window
• check_circle Regenerate invite link if token has expired

API Issues

400 Bad Request errors
